I'm definitely an advocate for leaving your healthy/clean honeypot alone! All that extra stuff, just isn't necessary! 3 years later....Here I am wanting to try something to shorten my cycle, naturally! I found Shavona Holmes on the Black San Diego page! I'm not new to yoni-vaginal steaming, but my experience at Steam Sistahs made me feel brand new! I wasn't just a body given quick instructions and sat over a steam stool as were my prior experiences. The intake prior to my appointment, the education about the process and what would work best for ME per my results blew me away. It felt more personalized. Shavona (owner) also offers different steam blends. Next time I will add the sip component! I cannot wait for my next appointment and to add yoni-vaginal steaming to my regular self-care routine.

Experienced my first Yoni Steam here . I even brought my husband. It was a great experience. There was good tasting wine too which was a plus for my husband. I enjoyed some nice hot green tea. We had great conversation and it was nice and quiet. The steam was definitely something new but it was overall great experience and have been feeling great post steam too. We were gifted small magnets which were so cute.. his and her magnets. Don't be shy and schedule yourself an appointment.

I had a great experience at Steam Sistahs! Shavona was a great host! I booked my appointment online. It’s important to fill out the intake form before arriving to your appointment so Shavona knows your menstural cycle, allergies, etc. DON’T FORGET TO FILL OUT THE FORM BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR ELSE YOU WILL BE DOING THAT ONCE YOU ARRIVE. When I got there I had to change into my robe and I picked out the blend called “Venus blend” I sat on the pot for about 45 min and I felt so relaxed throughout the service I felt relaxed and the temperature was just right. She offers wine and has quite a collection. I couldn’t wait to try out my yoni with my hubby! I definitely will be back! She was awesome I do recommend my ladies to try it out!

Visited steam sisters about a month ago and wanted to wait and do an honest comparison of before and after my Yoni steam! I have been noticing some dryness over the past couple months and can’t honestly say that my Scooby snacks were drip drip DRIPPINNNNN!! I've been wanting to try yoni steaming for a while. I didn't know what to expect but the experience was amazing. The scheduling was a breeze. When I arrived I noticed that the energy in the space was very calming and relaxing. The owner, Shavona, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about yoni steaming and the benefits of the different blends during my consultation. After my steam began the wine, the music and the light conversation put me in my relax state. Shavona was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my entire steam.
